Green

Se spune ca suntem ce bem si mancam...In cazul asta ar trebui sa arat ca Fiona...Va recomand o reteta simpla de salata satioasa.

You are what you eat and drink...in this case i should look like Fiona...Here it is..a salad recipe, simple but filling!

Ingrediente: Rucola, mix de alune (migdale, alune,caju, alune de padure; eu am si stafide...recomand mixul de la California pe care il gasiti la Lidl, pt ca nu are adaos de sare) si un dressing din suc de lamaie, miere, mustar, sare (optional eu am adaugat seminte de chia si fulgi uscati de chilli).Amestecati ingredientele si hopa salata!:)

Ingredients: Arugula, peanut mix (almonds,peanuts, caju, hazelnuts, maybe some raisins) and a dressing made from lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt (optional i added chia seeds and chilli flakes).Mix it all up and there is the salad!:)
