Sophie`s salad

M-am gandit sa postez o reteta de salata pe care am inventat-o intr-o zi cu ce aveam prin frigider si care imi place extrem de mult, mai ales ca in perioada asta gasiti legume proaspete si gustoase.

Ingrediente:

- Spanac verde
- Seminte de pin (daca nu va plac sau nu aveti le puteti inlocui cu migdale sau alune)
- Branza feta (e preferata mea)
- Masline (eu am folosit kalamata)
- Paine
- Ridichi

Pt. dressing
- Ulei de masline
- Mustar
- Sirop de artar
 Sosul e dulce-acrisor, insa daca nu-ti place ideea poti face unul care e pe gustul tau.

Spala bine spanacul si aseaza-l pe servetele de hartie sa se scurga apa.Spala ridichile si feliaza-le.Taie painea cubulete, presara ulei de masline si prajeste-o in tigaie(vei obtine crutoane).Prajeste 2 minute semintele de pin.Amesteca ingresientele pt sos.Aseaza spanacul pe un platou, adauga ridichile, maslinele, semintele de pin, crutoanele si feta si stopeste salata cu cat dressing vrei.Eu nu am mai pus sare, deoarece feta si maslinele sareaza suficient salata!Sper sa-ti placa si nu uita sa adaugi ce ingrediente preferi, sa personalizezi reteta mea.Pofta buna!


I thought of posting a salad recipe i invented one day with whatever i had in my fridge, plus this time of the year you can get fresh vegetables.Here we go...

Ingredients:
- Spinach (fresh)
- Pine seeds (if you don`t have or you don`t like them you can add almonds or nuts)
- Feta chesse (my favourite)
- Olives (i used kalamata)
- Bread
- Radishes

Dressing:
- Olive oil
- Mustard
- Maple syrup
This dressing is sweet and sour, but if you don`t like the idea you can make your own.

Wash the spinach and the radishes.Place the spinach on paper towels to dry and slice the radishes.Cut the bread into small pieces, strew some olive oil on top and then toast them in a frying pan (you`ll get croutons).Parch the pine seeds too.Mix all dressing ingredients.Place the spinach on a plate, add radishes, pine seeds, feta, olives, and croutons.Throw in the dressing and you can eat.I didn`t add salt because feta and olives are already salty.Hope you`ll like my recipe and don`t forget to use you imagination and sense of taste to make this recipe your own.Enjoy!
